摘要
介绍了一种所谓“先内后外”的模锻技术,该技术为先让材料充满模膛,然后再把多余的材料排出模外。采用该技术,可控制住飞边,实现少、无飞边的模锻。结合设计应用,叙述了为实现该技术而使用的基于上限元法(UBET)的反向模拟方法。
A die forging approach of so called IN-OUT way is presented, which, firstly, let metal fulled up die cavity, and then it forced surplus metal to flow out. In this manner, it can control flash forming so as to realize precision forging without or with little flash. The paper explained procedure for executing IN-OUT way, using reverse simulation technique based on UBET. The successful application in production also is introduced .
