摘要
利用离子氮化炉进行钢的离子渗铬。提出了离子渗铬层的形成机制,根据扩散原理提出了各种碳含量碳素钢渗铬时单相碳化物层生长动力学的计算模型,并通过实际测定与计算值进行比较,计算值与实测值非常吻合。
The ionic chromizing of steel is done by means of ionitriding furnace. The growing mechanism of ionic chromizing coating is proposed. According to the diffusion principle, a calculation model is given of growing kinetics of the single phase carbide when carbide steel of different carbon centents is chromized. The comparison between the measured and the calcuiated values shows the exerlent matching.
