摘要
利用金相、扫描电镜和电子探针等手段对18-4-1高速钢真空加热油淬后表面出现的白亮层和熔化层进行了试验研究。研究表明,白亮层和熔化层均是真空加热油淬瞬间增碳的结果,白亮层金相组织为大量残余奥氏体加少量马氏体加M_6C型粒状碳化物,增碳必须具备真空加热,试样高温淬火和油作淬火介质三个条件。
By means of metallography,scanning electron microscopy and electron-beam microprobe, the white layer and the melted layer formed on the surface of a vacuum heated 18-4-l high speed.steel after oil quenching are studied. The resuits show that both layers are arisen from the instantaneous carbon Pick-up during the oil quench after vacuum heating. The microstructure of the white layer consists of a large amount of retained austenite with some martensite and granular M0C type carbide. The necessary conditions for the carbon Pick-up are vacuum high temperature heating and the use of oil as a quenchant.
