摘要
建立了中心对称式减速器齿轮传动系统横-扭耦合振动模型,利用傅氏级数形式表达系统周期性的激振力,求解了系统的动态响应,分析了系统固有频率对减速器输出端支承刚度的灵敏度特性,并实例计算分析了输出端支承刚度对齿轮动载荷系数的影响。
The torsional-crosswise coupling vibration model of a central symmtric reducer gear-transmission system is developed. The cyclical excitation is expressed in Fourier series, and the system dynamic response is calculated. The sensitivity of the system natural frequencies with respect to the output spring-suspension structure is analysed, and the influence of the spring-suspension structure on the gear dynamic load factors is studied by Practical example analysing.
