摘要
用微型电阻应变片测试了高速双圆弧齿轮的齿根动态应力,并测得两组参数的双圆弧齿轮的动载系数。探索了一些高速齿轮齿根动态应力的测试方法及规律。发现在相同条件下,动载系数将随着载荷的增加而下降,当转速低于共振转速时,动载系数随着转速的增加而增大,当转速超过共振转速时,动载系数将随着转速的增加而减小。
The dynamic root stress of high speed helical gears with double-circle-arctooth Profile and the dynamic factor of two groups of those gears are measured by micro strain gauges. The measured method and regular Pattetn of the dynamic stress were gained from this experimental study.It is found, in the same conditions,the dynamic factor will decrease with load increasing,will increase with rotation rate increasing, when rotation rate lesses resonance rotation rate, and will decrease with rotation rate increasing when rotation rate exceed its resonance rate.
