摘要
基于车削过程中刀具磨损声、振信号的时域统计参数分析、相关分析,AR分析及频谱、倒谱等分析,构建出以主轴转速为第一级判断,信号平均幅值为第二级判断,信号平均幅值与频谱、相关和AR等特征参数有机组合为第三级判断的多级模式。既具有单一判据模式的快速性,又具有联合判据模式的准确性。
Typical turning experiments on tool wear are systematically done, the sound and vibration signals of tool wear are thoroughly and meticulously analyzed. These analyses include the time domain simple statistical Parameter analysis, filter cepstrum analyses, correlation analysis and AR parameter analysis etc. Furthermore, multigrade on-line monitoring models of tool wear condition are effectively refined which are more accurate and adaptive, and more resistant to noise environment.
