摘要
提出了一种新型渐开线齿轮。这种齿轮的齿形由两级渐开线和一段连接它们的过渡曲线组成,形成阶梯形,作者将它称为“分段式双渐开线齿轮”。由于该齿轮的齿根厚度比普通渐开线齿轮的齿根厚,并且节点附近不相接触,因此,其轮齿弯曲强度和接触强度都提高。此外,这种齿轮的工艺性比圆弧齿轮好。报告了有关该齿轮的原理、制造及台架试验的一些主要结果。
A new type uf involute gear is Presented. The tooth shape of the gear consists of two involute curves, which are linked by a transition curve and form the ladder shape of the tooth. Such gear is called 'the double involute gear with ladder shaped of tooth', by the authors. Because of the tooth thickness of the dedendum is larger than that of the common involute gear and the Pitchs do not contact each other, the beam strength and surface strength of tooth are increased. In addition, the technology of this kind of gear is much better than that of the W-N gear. The main results about the theory, manufacture and experiments on the bedstand are reported.
