处理电镀重金属离子混合废水连续反应器与自控技术

摘要 本文介绍了PWA型管道式电镀混合废水自动处理装置,该装置应用管道式连续反应器与自动监控技术,采用国产仪器仪表与关键元器件,实现重金属废水管道式化学法连续自动监控处理,具有pH自动检测、显示、pH任意设定、自动投药调节pH、自动记录、报警等功能。经该装置处理的排放水,pH值,Cu^(2+)、Ni^(2+)、Cr^(3+)与Zu^(2+)的排放浓度,均低于排放标准,而且稳定可靠。同时,节省了基建投资仅为采用中和池的1/10-1/6)、化工原料与能源(50%水回用),减轻了劳动强度。 PWA automatic pipe line installation for treatment of mixed wastewater from electroplating is introduced. With pipe line continuous reactor, self-monitoring technology and China-made in- struments, meters and key elements and devices, continuous pipe line self-monitoring treatment of electroplating wastewater containing heavy metal ions is carried out chemically. The installation has several functions such as self-checking, displaying, free setting and self-adjusting of pH, auto- recording and alarming. The pH value and the concentration of Cu^(2+), Ni^(2+), Cr^(3+) and Zn^(2+) of discharged water having been treated by the installation are not only well below the discharge standards, but also stable and reliable. Meanwhile, capital construction investment (only 1/10 -1/6 as compared with neutralizer tank), chemicals and energy resources (50% water recycled) are greatly saved and labour intensity reduced.
