摘要
本文回顾了近廿年来我国自行车电镀技术的经历过程、现状、问题及展望,并对目前我国自行车电镀行业中大家感兴趣的8项技术问题,如自行车的镀层结构、对Ni-Fe合金的评价、厚铜薄镍与亮铜薄镍、铜锡合金代镍问题、无氰电镀问题、镀镍光亮剂问题、盐雾试验和三废治理等提出了作者自己的看法。由于镍价的飞涨,节镍代镍已成了大家最为关心的课题,作者从自行车生产实践出发,在保证质量和降低成本的前提下,提出了以厚铜/薄镍/铬来取代多层镍/铬和多层镍铁/铬,并从工艺稳定性、原材料成本、盐雾试验要求等各个方面加以探讨论证。对于廿年来,在自行车电镀领域中所走过的一些弯路和取得的经验教训,也进行了详尽的总结。最后并针对这些问题,提出了几点建议和展望供同行参考讨论。
The present statue, the experience for recent two decades, the development and existing problems of electroplating techniques of bicycle in China are reviewed and summerized. Some remarks are given on eight technical problems interesting to all plating technicians, such as plating layer structure, evaluation on Ni-Fe alloy, thick copper plus thin nickle and bright copper with thin nickle, substitution of copper tin alloy for nickle, noncyanide plating, brighters for Ni plating, salt spray test and waste treatment. Due to the inflation of Ni price, Ni-saving and Ni-substitution have become an item concerned by all. Based on the practical production of bicycle, under the premise of quality guarantee and cost reduction, it is suggested to use thick Cu/thin Ni/Cr as a substitution for multi layers Ni/Cr and multi layers Ni-Fe/Cr. Discussions are carried out on basis of stability of the process, cost of raw material and requirements of salt spray test. Some losses and misjudgements subjected in these two decades in bicycle plating are also discribed in detail. Finally, from this point of view, some suggestions and prospects are presented for reference and discussion.
