This Paper introduces the tripper of the bearing ferrules unloaded into a roller-base annealing furnace on the produce line,describes its structural characterristics and working principle,and analyses the loads of the hydraulic cylinders. According to its working features,the hydraulie system is designed so that the back prarsure can be conrolled freely.
