摘要
本文论述了以８０３１单片机为控制核心的钢丝绳张大智能检测仪的测量原理、数学模型、系统组成及功能，介绍了主要硬件电路设计特点及软件设计思想，给出了系统结构框图及控制软件流程图。该仪器具有置数、动态显示、数据处理、打印、人机对话等功能，使用方便，造价较低。
In this paper,We introduce an itelligent meter with controlling core-803l for testing and mea-suring wire rope tension, its survey principle,mathematical model,system structure and functions have been expounded,design features of main hardware circuit and design idea of the software are introduced simultaneously,and then,the system structure framework ,diagrame and the controlling software flow dia-gram are given also,This meter has many outstanding functions ruch as establishing numbers, dynamic display,data processing,printing ,man-machine interaction and so on,It is convennient in use and low in preduction ccat.
