摘要
本文介绍了在经济型CNC系统中实施快速点位控制的基本方法,提出了在点位控制机床的控制系统中对步进电机进行最佳升降速控制以实现快速定位的方案,还分析了经济型CNC系统设计中的几个重要问题,并提出了解决的办法。
This paper introduces the fundamental method of fulfilling speedy positioning control in an eco-nomical CNC system and promotin the production efficiency, puts forword the program of controlling the pules motor to take its optimal acceleration and deceleration the controlling system of posioning control of the machine tool, and analyses some important problems coneerning the ecnomical CNC sys-tem designs,and propses some solutions of these problems.
