摘要
本文分析了RCCC空间机构的运动精度和位移可靠性,并以十字轴万向联轴器为算例阐明了该分析方法的具体应用。
Because of many random factors such as manufacturing precision assambly error,deformation ofcomponents,variation of applied foras,wear and tear so on ,it is necessary to determine the statistical regu-larity and the probability of not causing any kind of failure.In this peper,the kinematic precision and displacement reliability of RCCC spacial mechanism are ana-lyzed.The application of the analyzed results in a cardan joint is calanfied with a specific example,From thecomputation results we can know that the gape in the rotation pairs should be determined by the demanded re-liability.
