摘要
本文分析了现有的计算直齿圆柱齿轮传动实际重合度公式的缺陷,提出了一个新的计算公式,该公式考虑了制造误差、安装误差、受载变形及轮齿修形等对齿轮传动重合度的影响。通过与有限元法计算结果的比较,证实了本文方法的精确度较高,且使用方便。
In this paper,a new formula for determining the rtal contuct ratio of spur gearing is establishedon the basis of analyzing the defects of present formulas. The influences of manufactural error ,installa-tional error,tooth deformation and profile modification on the real contact ratio are taken into account inthe formula,It has been confirmed that the mew formula has high precision and is convenient in usethrough comparing with the results obtained by the formulas with FEM methed.
