摘要
本文首次应用连续法研究了空间RSSR-SC机构实现四个精确位置的刚体导引综合。首先将RSSR-SC机构分解成两个RS二副杆和一个SC二副杆,然后分别导出两类二副杆多项式形式的综合方程组,最后应用连续法直接求出综合方程组的全部解。本文的综合方法,既不需构造初始机构,又可求得多组机构方案,对其它空间机构的运动综合也具有参考价值。
In this paper,synthesis of a RSSR-SC mechanism for rigid-body guidance with four precision points is presented origi-nally The mechanism is broken up into two RS dyads and one SC dyad so that they can be synthesized respectivelyi,Polyno-mial equations are formulated for each dyad and continuation method is introduced to fond their solutions.The procedure pro-posed in this paper can be used for synthesizing other kinds of spatial mechanisms.
