系统分解多级优化法及其在结构优化设计中的应用

摘要 提出了一种适用于大规模工程系统(如大规模结构系统)优化设计的系统分解多级优化法,该方法的核心是将原大系统的优化设计问题按等级分解成若干个子系统的优化问题,各子系统间通过行为灵敏度及优化灵敏度导数加以耦合,由于每一级的各个子系统相互隔离,故对每一级的各个子系统的分析和优化可并行处理,这一特点可望在大规模工程系统优化设计过程中提高总的计算效率,缩短设计时间,同时优化过程中所产生的行为灵敏度及优化灵敏度导数信息对设计师的定性分析具有指导意义,刚架优化设计算例表明该方法行之有效,具有良好的收敛性. A systematic decomposition and muitilcvel optimization method which can be conveniently applied to the integrated optimization design of a large engineering system(e.g.aircraft)has been presented in this paper.The core of this method lies in decomposing alarge system optimization problem into a set of subsystem optimization problems and perserving the coupling between subsystems by behavior and optimum sensitivity dcriva- tives.The subsystcms at a given level are isolated from each other,so all the subsystems at a given level can be analysed and optimized simultaneousty.It’s possible that this feature will increase the total computational efficiency and shorten the design cycle in a large en- gineering system optimization design。Besides,the behavior and optimum sensitivity deri- vatives which are produeed in the optimum proeess are of the guide po int to designers,An example about a framework Optimization is presen ted in the last.The results show that this method has the good propery of convergence.
