摘要
用最优化方法对非回归式二齿轮四杆机构进行了再现函数要求的最优综合,然后对综合出来的机构进行动态模拟,作运动分析,以检查所设计出来的机构是否能满足预期的要求。这种将齿轮-连杆组合机构的优化设计及计算机模拟仿真集于一体的方法同样可用于其它型式齿轮-连杆机构的设计。最后举了一个实例。
In this paper,the optimization method is used for the optimum symthesis of non-regres-sive two-gase four-bar linkage mechnism to generat a given function. Then,the dynamic ana-logue and kinematic analysis of the syntheslzed mechnism to check on whether or not the de- signed mechanism can satisty the anticipated object.The method which collects optunal design and analogue imitation can also guide the design of other gear-linkage mechnisms.Lastly,a practical example is solved.
