轴弹塑性弯曲变形的简易计算方法

A simple calculation method for theelastoplastic bending deformation of shaft

本文探讨了轴的弹塑性弯曲变形，首次给出线性硬化材料的弹塑性弯矩Ｍ与弹性极限弯矩Ｍｐ的比值和弹塑性弯曲刚度（ＥＩ）ｐ与弹性弯曲刚度ＥＩ的比值的关系曲线。运用该曲线，使较为复杂的弹塑性弯曲变形转化为弹性变形的计算，其精度足以满足工程上的需要。

Abstract This paper probed into theelastoplastic bending deformation of shafts,it hasgiven out, for the first time,the relationship curvefor linear hardened materials between the ratio ofelastoplastic moment M to elastic limit momentMp and the ratio of elastoplastic bending stiffness(EI)p to elastic bending stiffness EI.By the use ofthis curve the relatively complicated calculation forelastoplastic bending deformation can be transferedinto the calculation of elastic debrmation,and itsaccuracy is sufficient enough to meet the needs forengineering.
