摘要
应用多重网格法,在三条接触线上同时获得具有典型弹流润滑特征的压力分布和油膜形状,进而计算了接触线上的载荷分布:通过修形,改善了齿面的润滑状况。提高了齿轮的抗胶合能力。
By applying the multigrid method this pa-per obtained at the same time the pressure distributionand the shape of oil film with typical EHLcharacteristics along three contact lines and then proceedto the computation of load distribution along the con-tact lines.By way of modification the lubrication situa-tion of tooth profile has been improved and enhancedthe anti-veneer ability of gears.
