本文讨论多层组合厚壁筒优化设计问题，包括内筒内劈允许和不允许出现切向拉应力的两种情况。对每一情况给出各层直径、各层间预压力及过盈量计算的通用公式。

Abstract This paper discussed the optimum design-ing problems for the composed multi-layered thick wallcylinder.It contains two kind of cases,that are whetherthe tangential tensile stress is allowed or not allowed toappear in the inner wall of interior cylinder.Generalformulas of each case have been given out for calculatingthe diameter of each layer,calculating the precompresiveforce and the amount of interference between every layer.
