刨花板成型机机框结构有限元分析及优化设计

Optimal design on the rame of a ma-chine forming the shaving board by FEM

通过有限元方法对刨花板成型机机框结构的应力场分析，采用尺寸和形状函数方式对其进行优化设计，使结构在重量最轻的寻优目录下充分发挥其材料的机械性能。

By the use of finite element method and through the analysis of stress field in the frame structure of shaving board foming machine this paper carried out an op-timal design of this frame sturcture by adopting a mode of di-mension and shape functions,thus give the structure a full play on the mechanical propersties of its material under the catalogue of optimization searching of lowest weight.
