长距离胶带输送系统中液力偶合器的选型和合理匹配

摘要 通过生产运行的实际经验,提出了在胶带输送系统中液力偶合器与电机外特性的合理匹配,液力偶合器与电动机和硬齿面减速器连接结构的合理匹配;阐述了液力偶合器在长距离胶带输送机多滚筒驱动和多头驱动中的特殊作用。根据笔者在宝钢输送机带料超负荷起动时测试的数据,进一步揭示了输送机负荷起动的全过程。 Abstract Through actual experience of productive op-eration this paper put forward reasonable matching betweenhydraulic coupling used in belt conveyer system and externalcharacteristics of motor, and reasonable matching betweenhydraulic coupling, motor and the joint construction of hardtooth surfaced reducer. It expounded special functions of hy-draulic coupling used in the drive of multi-drums and malti-ple heads mounted on long distance belt conveyer. Accordingto the data obtained by the author while the convever in Bao-steel was tested through overload with material th e fullcourse of the stari for loaded convever has been furt her re-vealed.
