本文分析了静电印花植绒工艺对乳液植绒粘合剂的特殊要求,在此基础上研制成功了可专门用于静电印花植绒工艺的丙烯酸酯乳液粘合剂。讨论了这种EF型粘合剂研制过程中遇到的主要问题,并介绍了它们的主要力学性能、流变性能和使用方法。

The special reqirements of electrostatic printing and flocking processes for the emulsion bonding agent for flocking are analized. EF Acrylate Emulsion Bonding Agent which may be specially used for electrostatic printing and floking processes has been succesfully developed based on the analyses. The main pro- blems met in the course of the development of the EF Bonding Agent and the main mechanical property, rheological properties and usage are also discussed.
