摘要
本文较全面地介绍了高速半导体激光器的匹配技术，详细讨论了三种匹配网络的设计原理和适用范围，评述了各自的优缺点。
The laser diodes and photoelectron detectors can be used in the range over 10GHz,It is very important to have high transfer efficiency and better frequency response feature for transmiting and recieving units.This paper introduces the matching technology of high speed laser diode thoroughly,design principles and applications of three kinds of matching networks, in detail.
