摘要 本文分析了高功率CO_2激光焊接等离子体的形成机理,系统地总结了等离子体的控制方法,讨论了辅助气体对等离子体的作用。 This paper analysed the formation mechanism of plasma in high-power CO_2 laser welding,and systematically summarized the controlling methods for plasma. Finnally,discussed the role of assist-gas for plasma.
