摘要
激光照射酵母菌可产生一系列生物学效应。可刺激酵母的生长、繁殖,降低细胞内核酸含量。其效应进度与照射的激光剂量(光功率密度)密切相关。而且,酵母对低剂量连续多次的激光照射有一定的适应性。
aser irradiation has remarkable changes on the yeast in grouth,reproduction ,contents of inclu-sion,and so on. These changes are mainly that cell division become slow,the metabolisln meet with obstruc-tion. The intensity of the effects has a derect bearing on the irradiative dosage (the power density of thelight).At theqam,time,the yeast has adaptions to continuous much irradiations of low dosage。
