三种蜘蛛丝蛋白组成分析 被引量:6

摘要 本文应用高压液相色谱(HPLC)法分析了岳麓山的大腹园蛛Araneusventricosus(C.Koch,1878),机敏漏头蛛Agelenadifficilis(Fox,1937),白额巨蟹蛛Heteropodavenatoria(Linnaeus,1757)的丝蛋白的氨基酸组成,以SDS-PAGE法测定了大腹园蛛不同丝腺体的未成丝的可溶性丝蛋白的分子量。实验结果表明蛛丝蛋白中占优势的氨基酸为Ala、Glv、Ser;不同种类蜘蛛的丝蛋白及同种蜘蛛的不同丝蛋白的氨基酸组成均存在一定的差异。丝腺的可溶性蛋白由6-8种不同的蛋白质所组成,其分子量在17000-80000之间。 The amino acid composition of silk proteins of Areneus ventricosus(L. Koch)Het-eropoda venatoria(Linnacus)and Agelena difficilis Fox were analysed by using HPLCmethod.There were differences of the amino acid composition among the silk proteins from thedifferent species as well as the different silk proteins from one species The results showthat the predominant amino acid in these silk proteins were glycine,alanine and serine. Themolecular weight of the soluble silk proteins from three different silk glands of Ananeus ven-trosus were determined to be 17-18KD bv SDS-PAGE.There vvere 6-8 different silkproteins from each silk gland of the spiders.
