摘要
以透射电镜观测实验为基础,用位错。内耗理论解释了振动时效降低和调整残余应力(VSR)的机理,揭示了振动时效效果与金属材料中位错组态与位错密度变化的内在联系,给出了一种较完整的振动时效机理理论。
The mechanism of vibration time-effect reduction and VSR is described in the theory of dis-locations by means of the observational experiments with a transmissive electronic telescope,whichreveals the internal relation between the results of vibration time-effect and both the pattern and den-sity of dislocations in metal materials. As a result,this paper has come up with a new and relativelycomplete theory on the mechanism of vibration time-effect.
