摘要
应用酸析法从草浆黑液中提取木质素制备活性炭是草浆黑液的治理及木质素的综合利用的新途径，此法适于中小型造纸厂。黑液经除硅、酸析处理分离出木质素后，ＣＯＤ去除率达７０％，黑液中木质素提取率达８６．４％。由木质素制成的活性炭得率较高、吸附容量大，主要技术指标均达到了活性炭的质量标准。
Acidity separation is used to extract lignin from straw pulp black liquid and to prepare activated carbon,The removal rate of COD is as high as 7o%and the rate of lignin extraction is86.4%,A new way to harness and use waste water comprehensively is presented for small andmiddle -sized factories .
