摘要
利用激光对动脉粥样硬化的诊断和治疗方法近十多年来国内外已有不少报道,为了进一步增强对斑块的探测,提出一种新的方法。在进行激光血管成形术时,对斑块先用β胡萝卜素进行预处理,再用488nm激光激发,可大大增强对斑块激光感生总荧光的探测。β-胡萝卜素使斑块的总荧光发射明显衰减,实验结果与理论分析高度相关,可望在诊断和治疗中同时得到应用。
In this paper it suggests a new method which could enhance the ability of the atherosclerotic plaque detection. First it uses a special intravenous preparation of β-carotene and then a laser at 488nm excites during laser angioplasty,that may greatly enhance the laser-induced fluorescence intensity of the plaque. β-carotene can obvious attenuate the fluorescence emission of a plaque. Experimental results are highly correlated with theoretical analyses. Consequently,these methods for enhancing plaque diagnosis and therapy with β-C may be expected.
