激光涂复层质量控制研究

The investigation about quality control of laser cladding layer

本文对激光涂复层外面及内部质量进行了系统的研究。分析总结出了影响涂层质量的主要因素，及防止涂层缺陷提高涂层使用性能的有效手段。

In this paper,the internal and external quality of laser cladding layer had been investigated systematically. By the analysis of results,we summarized the main influential factors of quality of laser cladding layer.Meanwhile,some effective methods to aviod the defects of cladding layer and to improve the opertional performance had been proposed too.
