摘要
本文提出了一种定标激光视网膜功能的新方法。将渐变光栅的暗纹和亮纹等效为具有一定对比度的矩形视标的对象(物)和背景,导出了与E字形标准视力表视力等效的激光视力的关系式和照度条件,用读数显微镜直接标定激光视力度,其临床研究表明:该二种视标视力测定结果一致性好。
This paper presents a new method for calibrating laser retinometer. Identifying the black region and the bright region of laser interference fringes with the object and the background of a rectangular visual target with a certain contrast,we deduced the relationship between the visual acuities tested with the two visual targets and the illuminant condition for the laser interference fringe visual target. Also,the laser ratinometer was directly calibrated with a reading microscope,and clinical researches showed that the two visual acuity test results accorded well.
