摘要
报道锗在大豆及绿豆发芽过程中进行生物转化的适宜条件,提出了一种快速、准确地测定其中锗有机化程度的等电沉淀方法。
The present paper covers the optimum conditions of biological transformation of inorganic germanium into organic germanium during the sprouting of soybean(or green peas)and gives a iso-electric precipitation method,which can be used to measure the transformation extent rapidly and ac-curately.
