Modification of H- P. Cylinder of the First Chinese-made 200MW Steam Turbine

国产第一台200MW汽轮机在朝阳电厂启动中,高压缸内缸的内外壁温差过大。影响机组的顺利启动。经过改造,取消了内外缸之间的隔热罩,加装了径向挡汽板,并将一次抽汽口后移,效果良好。后来的哈汽200MW机均已按此改造。

Oh starting of the first Chinese-made 200MW steam turbine in Chao-Yang Power Station, the temperature difference between inner and outer wall surface of H. P. inner easing was so great as to interfere with its smooth starting. After modifying - removing the heat isolating shield between inner and outer casing, adding a radial steam baffle plate, and moving the first steam extraction hole backward ,the result was satisfactory. Later then,Harbin 200MW Steam turbines have been produced in the same way.
