耐低温阻尼橡胶材料的研究与试验

摘要 论述了耐低温阻尼间隔棒用橡胶材料的阻尼特性原理及阻尼效果与温度变化的关系,并提出了用降低橡胶材料的玻璃化转变温度来获得所要求的耐低温阻尼性能。同时对耐低温橡胶材料的配制方法进行了探讨,对目前使用的几个胶种进行了比较与分析,认为必须有三种以上的胶合成,才能配制出较为理想的耐低温橡胶材料。通过问隔棒整体在低温条件下的疲劳振动试验,检验了实验室对耐低温橡胶材料物理及力学性能定性分析结果,筛选出了耐低温阻尼橡胶材料,用于途经气温低达—48℃地区的500kV输电线路上。 Damping-character principle of rubber material for low-temperature resistant damping spacing bar ,as well as relation of temperature change to damping effect are described; the way to get required low-temperature resistant character by lowering of glassification conversion temp, of rubber material is proposed; also the preparation method of low-temp. resistant rubber(LTRR) material is discussed. Afier comparison and analysis of several kinds of rubber now used, it is considered that the relatively idea! LTRR material can be made by synthesis of at least 3 or more kinds of raw rubber. Through integral fatigue vibration test of such spacing bars under low temperature condition.the quality analysis(in laboratory) results of LTRR material in physical and mechanical properties are checked, and the low-temp, resistant damping rubber material suitable to be used in 500kV transmission I aes under as low as -48℃ atmospheric temperature is selected out.
