摘要
介绍了一种采用电磁传感器的新型弧焊自动跟踪系统。该系统采用电磁双重耦合电路克服工件错过造成的干扰。可以实现双向跟踪．即沿焊缝水平、垂直两个方向同时控制焊炬的位置。
in this paper,a new type of seam tracking system with electromagnetic sensor for automatic arc wetding is introduced.The double coupling electromagnetic sensor is used in this system to overcome the interference caused by the edge misalignment of but joint.This system can effectively track the joint and correctly adjust the height of the welding torth by controlling the welding head.
