铸态超低稳奥氏体基锰钢的研究

A Study on a Cast Mn Steel with Extra-Unstable Austenite Microstructure

摘要 提出一种直接在铸态下使用的、且具有较高韧性(ak为49.3~80.3J/cm3,带U形缺口)和在小能量多冲击下具有很强加工硬化能力(锤后硬度HRC54~47)的奥氏体基锰钢。测试表明,该材质组织为稳定性很低并带有大量层错的奥氏体加少量。马氏体,耐磨性比传统的Mn13钢提高56%~73%。 A castable Mn steel with extra-unstable-Austenite mirco structure is discussed in this paper. This steel POssesses high toughness (ax value is between 49. 3 and 80. 3 J/cm2 for V-type notched sample) and high working hardenability under low energy impact stress (HRC=47-54 after hammering). Experimental results show that the microstructure of this steel is composed of the unstable Austenite with a high density of stacking fault and a small amount of s martensite. Simulated wear tests show that the wear resistance of this steel is increased up to 56%-70% as compared with that of the typical Mn13 steel. Under medium abrasive wear situations, this steel is suitable for thick section castings or for unstable-treatable castings with a complex shape.
