摘要
在转速大于2500r/min的传动条件下,国产滚子链大多在很短时间内就发生元件失效而无法正常工作。本文对滚子链高速承载失效问题进行了理论分析和实验研究,给出了提高滚子链高速承载能力的方法。
In the past, roller chain made in China often tailed in a short time when its speed was grater than 2500 r/min. This paper deals with theoretical and experimental researches on its failure. Efficient methods are given to improve working capability for roller chain at high speed.
