The Influence of the Contact Stiffness between Grinding Wheel and Workpiece on Grinding Chatter Frequency

摘要 探讨了砂轮与工件接触刚度非线性对工件颤振频率的影响。摄动理论分析和试验研究表明:工件系统的颤振频率随接触刚度的增加而线性增加。由于接触刚度随径向磨削力的增加而非线性增加,导致工件系统颤振频率也随径向磨削力的增加呈非线性增加。改变砂轮转速可以改变径向房削力.从而改变工件系统的颤振频率。 This paper probes into the influence of the nonlinearity of contact stiffnessbetween grinding wheel and workpiece on the chatter frequency of workpiece. The matrix perturbation theory analysis and experimental results show that the chatter frcquency of workpiece rises linearly with the increase in the contact stiffness. Because the contact stiffness nonlinearly increases with the increase in radial grinding force. the chatterfrequency of workpiece rises nolinearly. To change the rotational speed of the grindingwheel can change the radial grinding force and the chatter frequency of workpiece
