摘要
本研究测定了白僵蚕中１８种微量元素及１７种氨基酸的含量。白僵蚕含有Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｎ、Ｃｒ、Ｎｉ等６种人体必需的微量元素，其氨基酸的含量以甘氨酸（Ｇｌｙ）为最高（１６．０１％），丙氨酸（Ａｌａ）、丝氨酸（Ｓｅｒ）及酪氨酸（Ｊｙｒ）的含量亦较高。
The contents of 18 kinds of trace elements and 17 kinds of amino acids in the larva of a silkworm with batrytis (LB) were determined.There were 6 kinds of essential trace elements of mans body like Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn,Cr and Ni in LB.The contents of Gly was 16. 0% in LB, and Ala,Ser and Tyr were also higher than the others.
