西洋参中精氨酸双糖甙的发现及定量分析 被引量:2

摘要 应用日立-835型氨基酸分析仪,对西洋参加工样品进行检测,发现经过一定时期贮存的西洋参中含有精氨酸双糖甙,其含量为0.1054%,而在新加工的西洋参中未检出;新鲜的西洋参加工为西洋红参,其含量达0.7867%。 Arginyl-fructosyl-glucose(AFG) of American ginseng was detected with amino acid analysis (Hitachi type 835 apparatus). There is ATG, 0. 11% in American ginseng which was keep in storage for a definite time. AFG is not detected in fresh American ginseng, and red American ginseng contained AFG 0. 79%'
