摘要
试验结果表明,不同昆虫病原线虫培养基对线虫产量和毒力影响较大,以植物性蛋白质为主的培养基配方E的线虫产量最高,SteinernemacarpocapsaeAgriotos的产量可达51.2×106条/瓶,并且,其线虫对大蜡螟的毒力与活体培养出的线虫相比,差异不显著。通过正交试验发现共生菌的接种量是影响线虫产量的主要因子,其次是培养基。配方E是一种理想的昆虫病原线虫培养基。
This paper reports the influence of entomopathogenic medium to the yield and virulence of nematodes. The results showed that yield of medium formula E is the highest. The yield of Steinernema carpocapsae Agriotos reaches 51. 2×106 Larva/bottle. Compared with that developed on greater wax moth, it do not distinct difference in rivulence to greater wax moth. The vertical trial indicates that inoculated volume of symbiotic bacteria is ladding factor. The medium is the second.Therefore the formula E is a idealer medium of entomopathgenic nematodaes.
