脑囊虫病人血清对猪带绦虫六钩蚴活力影响的研究

Effect of Sera from Nearocysticercosis Patients on the Oncosphere achtivty of Taenia Sodium

本试验利用二甲基噻唑二苯基四唑法染色，判定六钩蚴的活力。结果表明，对照组六钩蚴的活力为２７．３％～９８．２％；试验组六钩蚴的活力为１４．１％～７０．９％。试验组与对照组之间差异极显著。

Experiment results showed that the oncesphere activity of control group was 27. 3%～ 98. 2%, and the oncosphere activity of experimental group was 14. 1% ～70. 9%. The difference between the control group and experimental group was dramatic according to the statistical analysis (P<0. 01).
