李、杏及杂种间远缘杂交和亲和性研究

Study on Distant Hybridiztion and offinity of the Hybrid between the Plum and Apricot

通过４年对李、杏种间、属间的杂交，分析了远缘杂交的亲和性及杂种的亲缘关系。试验结果指出；李、杏属间有较近的亲缘关系；自然界存在的杂种资源的亲缘关系，母本只能为李；杂种间的交配是可以结实的，回交杏可以结实．但结实率极低。这一研究结果将为李、杏果树的遗传育种、新物种的产生及进化、基础理论研究及资源的利用提供参考依据。

The results showed that there is the clover relative between plum and apricot genus. also there are relative between hybrid resource in nature. The plum is only suitable as female parent. The crossing between hybrids can also fruited,backcross apricod can fruited, but fruited rate is low. This study would provde informtion for genetive and breeding of fruit tree basis incluching plum and apricot,The produce and evolution of new species, The basis theory research and utility of resources.
