摘要
本文阐述了发展水稻生产，提高稻谷产量的重要意义。笔者提出了提高吉林省水稻产量可采取的有效途径和重要战略措施。
The importance of developing rice production and increasing paddy output was explicated in this paper. The effective practice and important strategies were put forward.
