摘要
本文对41例成人白血病及4例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)病人的骨髓标本进行氢过氧化物酶(HPO)染色,观察HPO阳性Phi小体在光镜下的形态特点及电镜下细胞化学超微结构,并初步探讨了HPO染色技术及Phi小体检测的临床意义。作者认为:该染色法特异性强,重复性好,操作简便,对于活动性AML的诊断几无假阳性,并可用于指导治疗,值得推广应用。
Bone marrow smears from 41 patients with adult leukemia and 4 with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)were stained by hydroperoxidase (HPO) staining technique.The morphologic features and ultrami-cro- cytochemical structures were observed under light and electron microscopes respectively. Hydroperoxidase staining method and the significance of Phi bodies detection were also preliminarily investigated. It is thought that the method possesses the advantages of stronger spesificity, better reproducibility, simple operation and almost no false positive rate for diagnosing active acute myeloid leukemia , and may be used for directing treatment , being worthy to popularize.
