摘要
在原来研究的基础上,进一步用不同浓度的赤霉素、2.4-二氯苯氧乙酸、β-吲哚乙酸、丰产素、α-奈乙酸、三十烷醇和秋水仙素处理了细基江篱3小时,然后在浮箋上进行人工栽培,井和未处理的藻体进行比较。结果比对照组有了不同程度的增产,由12.1%到83.6%的并找出了各种药物处理江篱的较佳浓度。为今后在江篱生产的应用上提供了重要的科学依据。
This is a continuation of our previous work on seamoss. The plants of Gracilaria tenuistipitata C. F. Chang et B.M. Xia was treated respectively by immersion in the seawater solution of gibberellin, 2,4-D, β-indole ac- etic acid, Fengchansu, a-naphthyl acetic acid, dipentadecyl carbinol and co- lchicine of various concentrations. After treating, the algae was cultiveted by raft Culttuatton method. The production was increased by 12. 1%-83. 6% over the control. The optimum concentration of the Chem icals for treatm- ent were also found. This may be helpful to the further Work of research.
