小功率金属卤化物灯的设计、关键工艺和开发

DESIGN, SPECIAL TECHNOLOGY & DEVELOPMENT FOR LOW WATTAGE METAL HALIDE LAMPS

摘要 The application of metal halide lamps in indoor lighting has dramatically increased in the last decade. This trend became possible due to the emergence of low wattage metal halide lamps ranging from 35 to 150 watts. In this poper the characteristics of low wattage metal halide lamps including its dimentions and electrical and optical parameters were described. We have also mentioned the analysis of design problems, such as the determination of the dimentions for arc deischarge tube & the suitable choosing the metal halide materials. The special technology of the producing low wattage metal halide lampo, the sealing between quartz envelop & electrodes, the ablationg of exhaust tube and the degassing of arc dischange tube, is explained in detail. At the end of this peper we have reviewed the present of scientific & technological states of low wattage metal halide lamps and also considered its future prospects. No doubt, the low wattage metal halide lamps will still expand its total demand as well as application fields even to vehicle lighting in the future.
