摘要
心肌宁冲剂按相当成人日用量的７０倍和３５倍，大白鼠６０只连续饲服８周，每周称重一次，并观察动物活动，毛发粪便情况，用药结束后，每组取１０只动物，采血检查血常规，肝肾功能，取重要脏器进行病组组织学检查，结果未见明显毒性。
Xin Jining chongji was administered intra - gastrically to rats for 7 consecutive days in the dosages of 3.5g/kg/day, 1.75g/kg/day, and 0. 875g/kg/day respectively in 3 groups of rats. The results showed that Xin Jining chongji significantly antagonized the changes in electo-cardiogram and pathology of acute myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol in rats.
