摘要
本研究使用4种抗B群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(Nm)脂寡糖的单克隆抗体(McAb)和免疫斑点试验(dot-blotting)首次对我国不同年代和地区收集的91株B群Nm进行了脂寡糖(Lipooli-go-saccharide,LOS)分型,总分型率为90.11%,其中L3.7.9复合型最多,占63.74%,其次为L1.3.7.9复合型,占12.09%。该结果为确定我国引起流脑发病的B群Nm主要LOS型提供了依据,为筛选本国的B群Nm菌苗菌株及其作为菌苗成分的LOS抗原奠定了基础。
